Arts Council England launched their new 10 year strategy in 2020 following a national consultation. The result is a new focus on participation, community, wellbeing, diversity and the environment- areas that youth circus excels in. Kate Webb, CircusWorks board member and freelance producer takes a look at how youth circuses can benefit from this new direction, and discusses why we should be applying.
